Rules

Mikhail is a meticulous old housekeeper of a residential building nearby the Black Sea. His monotonous everyday life is about to be shaken by the new neighbour across the floor, the young and extroverted Evelina. The meetings between them are the beginning of a new phase in the old man's life.
