The Hum

"If nature would handle us as we handle nature, it´s not sure if we´d be still alive."  Strange things are happening in the small village of Tandern right on the edge of the swabian Albtrauf. The discovery of a female corpse makes the young pharmacologist of veterinary medicine Sarah and her father Wolfgang, a hunter, face their dark past. As Sarah tries to find the underlying cause of this mysterious death, she gets into the tension between mother nature and its exploitation. Als Sarah dabei mit dem Brummton-Phänomen „The Hum“ aus den Tiefen des Waldes konfrontiert wird, gerät sie selbst in das Spannungsfeld zwischen unberührter Natur und deren Ausschlachtung.
